In about thirty minutes, I will meet virtually with you to discuss the needs for your space, what is and isn’t working about its current layout, and define our objectives for the space transformation.
Once we’re under contract, I will schedule a time to visit your home or workspace to take detailed measurements of the rooms to be included, the fixed elements within the space, and all furniture & major accessories to be utilized. This step takes approximately two hours per room.
Using the information I collect at the site measurement, I will create a new 2D aerial floor plan of the rooms. I can share this as a PDF, JPEG file, or video to explain the layout so you can relocate the items accordingly. Turnaround time for this step varies depending on the scope of each project and if any edits are required.
After you have placed the furniture according to the new floor plan, I will complete the visual fine-tuning of the space; hanging your artwork, shelf-styling, or last minute organizing tips & tricks as needed. Some of this time is reserved to capture the “beauty shots” for my portfolio, but I strive for this appointment to be a value-added experience for my clients.

Additionally, they’re also a useful reference when adding new items to a space to help ensure new additions reflect the desired style for that room or to gauge what will or won’t work with what you already own when making new or new-to-you purchases.
