Foyer space has a lot of small stools & chairs around the perimeter. A white desk sits under a window, with a small photographer's prop-bench stored underneath.
Foyer has been staged as a living room seating area, using the extra furniture to create intentional seating zones. The table under the window was swapped for a different table and chair that is the correct height. The space is open and inviting.
An empty apartment living room. Blank beige walls with a window in the center and dark brown faux wood flooring.
2 living room side chairs face a TV set up. Between the chairs sits a nightstand with a built-in bookshelf, with a sculptural ceramic lamp & an embroidered lampshade, sitting on top. Image background shows a retro diner table under the window.
Blue upholstered church pew sits next to a set of golf clubs and a drum set. All items are crammed into the corner of this room.
Same church pew and instruments are staged in a living room arrangement. The pew sits against the all across the instruments with a large navy rug between them. Record sleeves & posters decorate the wall and two patio chairs are added to the layout.
Living room view of the edge of a leather sofa, with a double arm chair seating area in the background. The tan sofa has fuzzy light pink blanket draped over the corner with a dark teal side table to the left.

“We absolutely love the layout Paige came up with and we’re ready to start moving the furniture immediately.”

Tall white bookshelf displays small cosmetics, next to a plant stand, and to the right rests a wooden 3-tiered storage solution with an iPad on top, set up as a checkout station for small business transactions to take place.

“Paige has an eye for things that I wouldn’t think of on my own.”
